Award-winning Nalley & Associates has been providing consultation, software, and services to not-for-profit organizations and government agencies throughout Northern California since 1976.

Our Mission

To assist clients in managing the process of conversion—with efficiency and ease—to a superior data-management system. To that end, we provide consultation in the customized design and implementation of a software system that directly meets every client’s specific output requirements.

We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of professional expertise in the selection, purchase, design, and setup of automated financial and auxiliary software systems. For more than 20 years we have been installing, implementing, and training clients in using a variety of complex fund-accounting systems. Our clients have included foundations, private schools, religious institutions, social-service organizations, Head Start providers, PIC organizations, municipalities, special districts, and tribal organizations.

In 2002 we conducted a long and careful review of the major fund-accounting products and selected for recommendation to our clients the AccuFund Accounting Suite, which offers the sophistication and full-featured functionality of much more expensive and difficult-to-use products at a fraction of the cost. Nalley & Associates is certified by AccuFund to sell, install, train, and support its products.

Our clients love the easy user interface and quickly become proficient in putting their new software to work. Our on-site, hands-on training in the new products, including data conversion, is a big help and will facilitate smooth transition to your new fund accounting solution.
